My name is Maria, I am from Calgary, Ab. Canada and been living here for over 30 years. Moved to California due to my marriage. Moving back and forth to Canada and U.S. did not come easy job wise, and that made me get into teaching conversational English. I have been teaching one on one and online for over 3 years. My hobbies are playing the piano, badminton and baking.

English is a universal language, that is so easy to learn. Listening to people having a good conversation of English is like music to your ears. With the new technologies that we have now, I always encourage my students to make use of all those tools out there like the social media platforms, books, and television. The way I conduct my class, I would encourage my student to introduce his/herself (to make her feel at ease) And ask her what her hobbies are. After the introduction, I would ask her to pick a topic on what to talk about. At the end of the class, I will point out or let him/her know all the corrections, the grammar, pronunciations.

In class, I make an extra effort to make it a fun and a memorable experience for the student. Its the elements of fun while learning.

必要なのはインターネット環境だけ

*Google Meetとは？

MeeCooでは、Googleが提供するビデオ会議ツール「Google Meet」を使ってオンラインレッスンを行います。
アプリのインストールもGoogleアカウントも不要。インターネットにつながるパソコン・スマホ・タブレットがあれば、今すぐ始められます。
レッスン時間になったらボタンをクリックするだけで、すぐに先生とつながれます。


STEP 2

先生プロフィールから自分に合う先生を見つける

MeeCooでは、先生プロフィールからレッスン内容・料金・レビュー・対応言語など、さまざまな情報をご確認いただけます。
複数の先生を比較しながら、ご自身の目的やレベルに合った先生を探せるのが特徴です。
はじめての方でも、プロフィールを見ながら安心して先生選びを進められます。


STEP 3

無料生徒登録で先生とのやり取りをはじめる

気になる先生が見つかったら、まずは無料生徒登録。
生徒登録をすると、MeeCoo内で先生にメッセージを送ったり、そのまま予約に進むことができます。
レッスン日時や内容を確認しながら、安心して受講準備を進められます。

STEP 4

レッスン内容が決まったらMeeCoo上でお支払い

レッスン日時や内容が決まったら、MeeCoo上でお支払い手続きを行います。
レッスン料金はサイト内で使えるコインでお支払いいただく仕組みのため、オンラインでも安心してご利用いただけます。
コインはマイページからいつでもチャージ可能です。

※講師側からレッスン料金の請求が届く場合は、メール内または講師とのメッセージ画面上部の「コインを支払う」ボタンからお支払いいただけます。

コインのお支払いが完了すると、「Google Meet」ボタンが自動で発行され、生徒・講師の双方に共有されます。
ボタンは以下の3箇所からご確認いただけます。

  • 配信メール（件名：レッスンコインの支払完了【MeeCoo】）
  • 対象講師とのチャットページ上部
  • レッスン予定ページ

Google Meetでオンラインレッスンをスタート

※万一、レッスン料金（コイン）をお支払い後にオンラインレッスンが実施されなかった場合は、講師とのメッセージページ上部の「履歴」より返金申請を実施ください。
